This case study highlights the successful design, supply, fabrication, and installation of a 3m x 4m structural scale platform by NWI Fabrication for Northline Logistics. The project was completed in collaboration with NWI Weighing and involved the replacement of an existing platform.
The new structure was fabricated in two sections for ease of transportation and installation. This study outlines the process from initial consultation through to final installation, emphasising the logistical coordination and tailored design that contributed to the success of the project.

NWI Fabrication, in collaboration with NWI Weighing, successfully completed the design, fabrication, and installation of the new structural scale platform for Northline Logistics. The project was executed on time and within budget, with the modular design proving highly effective for both transport and installation. The custom-built platform met all of Northline Logistics’ requirements for durability and accuracy, ensuring a seamless integration into their operations.
